1. Who handles your data
ModzGT1 Services is responsible for personal data used to operate this store and our Discord bot. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to support@modzgt1.com.
2. Data we process
Depending on how you use the store, we may process your name, email address, Discord username or ID, order and payment reference, purchased product, delivery status, support messages, review content and cookie preferences.
3. Orders, delivery and support
We use customer and order information to process payments, deliver purchases, provide Live Support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain order records and meet legal or accounting obligations.
4. Optional cookies
Optional Google Analytics cookies remain disabled until you select Allow optional analytics. If allowed, they help us understand visits, countries, popular pages and confirmed purchases. Purchase reports use the product code, paid amount, currency, payment method and a non-reversible transaction reference. We do not send your license key, email address or private payment link to Google Analytics.
They do not contain customer names, email addresses, order references or activation codes. We do not use advertising cookies, Google Signals or cross-site profiling. Analytics cookies and the related preference are kept for no longer than 180 days unless you withdraw permission sooner.
5. Your cookie choices
You can use essential storage only without losing access to the store, checkout, stock information or Live Support. Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days so the banner does not repeatedly interrupt you. You can change or withdraw it at any time through Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawing permission disables Google Analytics and removes its available first-party browser identifiers.
6. Essential browser storage
We use browser storage to remember your privacy choice and help the store work smoothly. Product availability may be saved for up to 2 minutes. If you pay with cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, your latest private Payment Status link may be saved on that device for up to 30 days so you can return to your order. You can remove saved information by clearing this website’s data in your browser. Keep your private payment link confidential.
7. Service providers
Stripe processes secure card checkout, PayPal processes direct PayPal checkout, and NOWPayments processes eligible crypto invoices and blockchain payment confirmation. These options are offered when shown in the product checkout. The providers receive the order and payment information reasonably needed to provide those services under their own terms and privacy information. ModzGT1 receives the PayPal payment reference, amount, customer name and email address needed to verify payment and fulfil the order. ModzGT1 staff do not receive a customer's full card number, wallet private credential or recovery phrase, and will never ask a customer to provide those secrets.
When a crypto invoice is created, the private Payment Status link is sent to the checkout email and stored locally in that browser for recovery. It contains a random access token and must not be shared publicly.
Relevant data may also be processed by selected providers used for hosting, security, database storage, analytics, email, customer support and order delivery. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their services.
8. Legal bases
Depending on the activity, processing is necessary to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, or protect legitimate interests such as account security, fraud prevention and displaying a privacy-minimized current activity count. Optional analytics are used only after you make an affirmative choice.
9. Retention
Order, delivery and support information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, support, security, accounting, disputes and applicable legal obligations. Approved public reviews may remain visible until removal is requested or they are no longer relevant.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email your request to support@modzgt1.com. You may also complain to the data-protection authority that applies to you.
11. Security and international processing
We use access controls, protected server-side credentials, restricted database policies and encrypted connections. No online system is completely risk-free. Some providers may process information in other countries using safeguards required by applicable law.
12. Discord bot
When you use our Discord bot, we process Discord user and server IDs and activity needed for support tickets, moderation and optional community features such as invites, giveaways and virtual rewards. Staff can access support ticket transcripts and moderation logs, including relevant edited or deleted message content. We use this information to operate the bot, answer support requests and protect the community. Discord also processes activity on its platform under its own privacy policy.
We keep bot data only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes or applicable legal obligations. To request access to or deletion of your data, email support@modzgt1.com.
