1. About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from ModzGT1 Services and use of our Discord bot. Contact us at support@modzgt1.com.
2. Products and services
We sell digital software and manually delivered GTA V PC services, including account packages and heist services. Product compatibility, included features, price and estimated delivery are shown before purchase. Customers must check compatibility and requirements before ordering.
3. Orders and payment
Secure card checkout and its available card or local methods are processed by Stripe. Eligible in-stock digital products may also offer crypto checkout through NOWPayments when that option is visible. Packages and Netflix Lifetime currently use crypto checkout only. Heists use card checkout. Available payment methods are shown before purchase.
An order is accepted only after the relevant provider reports the payment completed and our server verifies the order. Crypto customers must send the exact requested asset, network and amount before the invoice expires. Blockchain confirmation can take additional time, and no activation code is released while a crypto payment is waiting, confirming, partially paid, expired or otherwise unfinished. We may contact a customer when information is missing, an order appears fraudulent, stock is unavailable or delivery cannot safely be completed.
4. Delivery
In-stock products are normally delivered automatically by email. Manual services are coordinated through Live Support. Starter, Pro and Elite account packages each have an estimated delivery time of within 1 day. Heists are often available promptly after the customer supplies the required information, but timing is not guaranteed. See our Delivery Policy.
5. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate order information, keep activation codes and account details private, follow product instructions and avoid chargeback abuse. Customers are responsible for checking platform and system compatibility.
6. Digital content and services
Where a customer expressly requests immediate digital delivery or immediate performance and acknowledges any legally valid loss of the withdrawal right, delivery may begin before the statutory withdrawal period ends. This does not remove rights relating to faulty, non-conforming or undelivered products.
7. Refunds and withdrawal
Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are described in our Final Sale Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
8. Game and account risks
Modded products and services may carry game-account enforcement risks. No service can be described as completely risk-free. Customers must follow the safety instructions shown for the relevant product.
9. Intellectual property
ModzGT1 branding and original site content may not be copied without permission. Game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. ModzGT1 Services is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or other game publishers unless explicitly stated.
10. Complaints and applicable law
Please send complaints to support@modzgt1.com with the order number and a clear description. These terms are governed by applicable law, and consumers retain any mandatory protection that applies to them.
11. Discord bot
Our bot provides support, moderation and optional community features. Follow Discord's rules and our server rules, do not misuse the bot, and never share passwords or activation codes in public channels. We may restrict bot access for abuse.
